Just before noon on Thursday 4/21 You crossed at the Taylor Street crosswalk, heading toward Taylor Dock. I was driving past and watched you drop your hat. I honked, but you kept walking. I turned around and retrieved it, but I couldn't find you. This is a shot in the dark, but anyway.....
