Laugh The Hate Away: celebrating AAPI Heritage, Arts, & Comedy; Holding space & spotlight for Asian Community. “Laugh The Hate Away” produced by The Val Show and Art Queens Collective The purpose of this function is to hold space for and spotlight Asian Community; standing in solidarity with this community and the #StopAsianHate movement, sparked by the increase of hate crimes and violence targeting the Asian community since the start of the COVID Pandemic. Our goal is to create a safe space for folks of all identities to express themselves and join together in building community, all while supporting the local ASIAN arts and small businesses. Any funds raised from attendee entry fees will be used to pay the performers. Thank you for contributing to this experience!
