Graduating from a counselor training program can feel like jumping off a cliff. The East TN region of the Tennessee Association for Marriage and Family Therapy is offering a unique opportunity to learn what you need to know to make that leap from classes to career. During this interactive conference you can expect to explore how to launch your professional identity and market your personal brand, explore the breadth of career options, learn the difference between MFT, LPC, and LCSW, develop a plan of expected post grad professional expenses, network with local professionals in the field on treatment topics of interest, learn critical details about navigating the licensure process, learn about Temp Licensure and why you might want one, ask your burning questions, and leave inspired to take the next steps towards your professional future. The 2022 Bridging the Gap Conference is an all-day event which will be held on July 30, 2022. This year's host is Johnson University and the event will be held on the Johnson Campus in the Phillips-Welshimer Building. 7900 Johnson Drive Knoxville, TN 37998.
