This doctor-led group is a fun and safe place to go for a walk, learn about health, and meet new friends. When: Wednesday, May 11, 2022 5:30 – 6:30 PM Where: The Family Health Centers – Downtown 206 Asheland Ave. – meet at the rear of the upper-level parking lot What to expect: We’ll begin with a discussion led by Dr. Rustan Adcock at 5:50 PM, followed by a one-mile walk around the neighborhood. Participants may walk at their own pace. The route includes a moderate change in elevation. Bring your own water bottle and be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. Walking wraps up by 6:30 PM. Where to park: Clinic at 206 Asheland Ave. OR Offices at 261 Asheland Ave.
