Join Julie Harrison, fitness and health coach, and Charlotte Walters, physical therapist and functional nutrition coach as we focus on a total body workout and the important connection between your upper and lower body.
We will discuss the importance of your mid back (thoracic) movement as it links the neck and low back/hips together. Come learn some fun mobility routines to strengthen and prevent neck and back issues during your favorite activities!
