Start your first Sunday of May with a workout by Jrofitness, followed by stretches and a relaxing sound bath by Maria Alaverdyan.
Please wear comfortable clothes ad tennis shoes.. Bring your yoga mat and water.
We will start with a 45 minutes workout followed by 15 minutes of stretching. The class will end with 30 minutes of relaxing sound bath. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Come early to check out the private gym.
No prior experience is required. All are welcome.
