The Fred and Beverly Dukes Memorial Concert Series Presents Tim Stonelake & The Byrom Brothers at First Congregational Church Bakersfield Tim Stonelake is a songwriter, singer, guitarist from Bakersfield, CA, who has played in numerous local bands since the late 1980s. His original music draws from blues-rock, Americana, country, prog-rock and pop, covering topics ranging from true love, eternal love, and ex-love, to loneliness, homelessness and dysfunctional families, all bound together by a theme of hope for the future! For this concert, he performs his 2021 "Moonlight Mountain" album in its entirety, backed by the musicians featured on the album, all members of the popular Byrom Brothers Band (Monty Byrom-guitar/vocals, Tanner Byrom-drums, Chris Neufeld-keyboards/vocals, Gary Rink-bass, Paul South-guitar/vocals), with commentary by Amy Richardson, who co-wrote most of the song lyrics. This is a FREE concert, though we always appreciate donations. Door donations help to compensate our musicians and aid in planning our next season.
