Come learn to make sushi with Chef Mei Li! Making sushi at home can be fun for the entire family or a great dinner party with friends! In this class, Chef Mei Li will teach you the basics of sushi making. The menu for the evening will be two sushi rolls - classic Tuna and a Salmon/Arugula. Please notify us if you have any allergies as adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. The kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of the event What to Expect: This class is taught by Che Mei Li Trapasso. Chef Mei specializes in authentic Asian cuisine. Classes are informative as she brings the culture of the Asian people to you along with the cuisine. Classes are hands-on.
