Melissa’s classes are gentle and grounding and provide a safe space to heal for yogis of all levels! This class is geared towards beginners, and you will be guided through every step. Kundalini Yoga incorporates breathwork, kriya, mediation and deep relaxation to bring balance to the mind body and soul. During shavasana you will deeply relax to the healing sounds of the gong, quartz singing bowls, and rain sticks. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
