Women's Cycling Clinic featuring Olympic Silver Medalist Mari Holden Bring your bike* and join us for an educational and fun clinic where we will go over nutrition, mechanical instruction, and have a fun ride. * Gravel, road, or mountain bikes are welcome ALL ages and ALL abilities are welcome Thursday, May 5th 6pm - 8:30pmHampton Station - Greenville, SC Cost: $10 - ALL proceeds go to Moms4Motion, a non-profit dedicated to building a pump track for kids in Greenville, SC. FeaturingMari Holden Olympic Silver Medalist2000 TT World ChampionMulti National ChampionSCHEDULE6-6:30pm: Nutritional Session by Dr. Christy Keely, PT, DPT. Learn about proper nutrition and refueling pre, during, and post ride. 6:30-7pm: Tubeless tire tech. De-mystify tubeless tires. Learn how to install, maintain, and plug tubeless tires. Led by professional cyclists and wheelbuilder Emily Erlich. 7-7:45pm: Group ride. Hop on your bikes at 7pm for a fun and casual group ride led by Olympian Mari Holden, who will be giving a skills clinic. Join Nicole Johnson, co-founder of Boyd Cycling, the CWA Women’s Cycling Team and 2024 Cycling Team rider Emily Erlich who will all be in attendace. ALL skill levels are welcome and this is a no-drop ride! 8-8:45pm: Dinner and a movie! What better way to finish a ride than with tacos and a beer (or a Margarita as it is Cinco de Mayo). Grab some food at White Duck taco and then stick around as Episode 2 of “What Pressure?” will be playing at 8:20pm. “What Pressure?” is a 6 part Docuseries that follows the Southeast Gravel series. Episode 2 was filmed on April 2nd, in Greenwood, SC. On Saturday May 7th all the women involved with the clinic will be riding “The Race to Valhalla” in Walhalla, SC PRIZES!!
