Jody's musical history is as vast as the streams winding through the Northeast Georgia Mountains from which he hails. By the time he was 20, he had written and released his very own recording of original music and was busy performing throughout the Southeast. Jody also spent years as a guitarist traveling and sharing the stage with many country greats. Today Jody continues to perform and write original music as well as your favorite country classics. Uncle Goo (Garrett Carpenter) is an outlaw country music singer-songwriter from Hartwell, Georgia (USA) who began as a “gunslinger” with a cross-country traveling western show. In 2012, Carpenter signed to Gypsy Farm Records and began writing and recording music under the name, Uncle Goo. Eventually in January 2019, Uncle Goo released his first album titled, ‘Country Strange, Vol 1’ to much critical acclaim.
