The Small Business Matters Conference provides an exclusive, TED-like venue designed to help growth-minded small business operators innovate their business. This Conference was created eight years ago with one simple objective: enhance the lives of small business owners by dedicating a day to new ideas, reflection, collaboration, and fun. To achieve this goal, we have partnered with world-class speakers, facilitators, and sponsors. All in the name of Small Business. The Conference will be held at the City Springs Conference Center on Friday, May 20, and feature over 250 of Atlanta’s most-recognized small business leaders. Breakfast and lunch are included in the ticket price.  The Small Business Matters Conference is hosted by Tim Fulton, a nationally recognized small business advocate and consultant. Tim is one of Atlanta’s best-connected small business coaches and is highly respected in the community. He is a Vistage emeritus (an international organization for CEOs), a former GrowSmart instructor (the leading entrepreneurial training program in Georgia), and author of the books Small Business Matters, Small Business & All That Jazz, and The Meeting. The SBM conference is an adult event. Photo ID is not required.  What can I bring into the event? Outside food or drinks are not permitted inside the facility. Feel free to bring a pad, etc. for note-taking.   What's the refund policy? We are unable to refund purchased tickets.    Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, you do not need a printed ticket to be admitted to the conference.   Can I update my registration information? Yes, you can log in to the conference registration and edit your information.    Is my registration fee or ticket transferable? You may choose to give/sell your ticket to another individual. If you do, please notify us of the name of the attendee. Please send an email to [email protected].   Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Please notify us and provide the attendee's name if you choose to give your ticket to another individual. Please send an email to [email protected].   What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? Complimentary parking is included in the event ticket price. Parking stickers for the City Springs parking garage will be provided at event check-in.    Are meals provided during the conference? Yes, breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks will be served and are included in the ticket price.  Will there be special dietary choices?  Yes, there will be a vegetarian/vegan option.
