Does anyone out there have a hot tar kettle with a wand?

Asphalt driveway has some cracks that need filled with hot tar. I would prep. I WOULD PREPARE! You would show up with your kettle and fill the cracks with your wand or whatever the instrument is called. Pima county road crewa did the road out this way and they used some kind of elastomeric tar that lasted a good 5 years. Email me with what you got. Trying to get a handle on the driveway before it gets worse. I will coat afterwards so I dont need that service either, just hot-tarring the pre-prepped cracks. Thanks
