Description
Be the creator of your best financial story. One of the toughest concepts for business owners is understanding cash flow, their financials, and the story they tell about the business. Having access to enough cash to support operations and continued growth keeps many business owners up at night. Even with the best planning, businesses can experience an unforeseen challenge to their bottom line. Seeking advice from financial experts can make the difference between an owner who inadvertently creates costly mistakes, and one that, at a high-level, has a plan that will minimize risk and help them to continue to achieve goals, even in the face of an unexpected event. This seminar will help you answer some of these questions: Do you understand your historical, current and projected cash flow and what you will need to grow the business? Do you know the key performance ratios in your industry? Are you aware of the tax implications of your business decisions? Do you have enough working capital to achieve your goals? Are you a harvester or an investor? You’ll leave this seminar with a better understanding of what you should be paying attention to, action items around finances, and why understanding your financial “story” is so important. This event is subject to Covid protocols at the Bell Plaza. _______________________ Featured Speakers: Craig Siiro, CPA/ABV and CEO & Founder of Integrated Consulting Services Craig has spent over 30 years helping entrepreneurs achieve their vision and success by committing to learn about business and the entrepreneur.
