“Building Equity Through Dialogue” is a series of facilitated roundtable
convenings designed to build a more inclusive St. Cloud community.
On behalf of the Central Minnesota Community Foundation and Filsan Talent Partners, I am writing to thank you for participating in one or more of the “Building Equity Through Dialogue” convenings we have been conducting since January. This series of convenings is designed to identify and address existing conditions of racial disparity related to health, education, housing, employment, economy, and community engagement in the St. Cloud area.
We have already spent a lot of time talking about the issues facing our community. Now the time has come to explore actions we can take to build a more inclusive St. Cloud for everyone. Please register now for the May 4th and June 9th convenings, which will be happening in person at Resource Training & Solutions, located at 137 23rd Street South, #201, Sartell, MN 56377, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
We are asking you to become part of an action committee that will partner with existing and new collaboration efforts to build a more inclusive community. At the May 4, 2022 meeting, action groups based on people's topics of interest will be formed and resources needed to enact solutions will be identified. At the June 9, 2022 meeting, we will identify the issues hindering racial equity in the topic areas and determine how the group will track and measure success.
Experienced facilitators will guide strategically-formed roundtables consisting of public, private, and social sector participants. After registration, each participant will be given a detailed agenda.
