Experienced handyman 4 residential renovation: final phase of project

Very experienced residential renovation handyman to work beside me, sometimes alone, on punch list items to finalize the end of a residential renovation project. Frame a closet, install closet doors, build a small exterior deck, interior painting, install bat insulation in very large attic space, install front porch hand rails, move things around, install fascia board, clean up the work site, load a truck for dump runs and/or make dump runs, and pretty much anything that needs to be done. Most important characteristic is getting along well with me. References required. Pay by the hour up to $37/hour for the most experienced; you use your own equipment.
