Stage Manager Needed for Outdoor Concert Series in S Napa

We are in search of a Stage Manager for an outdoor concert series in South Napa at a new resort. It is a casual outdoor event series every Thursday (might be moved to Friday TBD) and Saturday, from 6 to 8pm. Think Tiny Desk, So Far Sounds– more curated than a coffee shop open mic. Indie, Folk, Jazz, Soul, and more. Our lineup will be local and Bay Area artists. Usually, we will have 2x 45-min sets. Sometimes a jam with the audience (percussion will be provided) will occur. Your role would entail: * Stage managing the event * Artist liaison (coordinating with the artist, making sure they are taken care of, have what they need) * Simple PA setup/breakdown, and audio troubleshooting as needed We'd require you to be on-site from 5 to 9pm with the possibility of an extra.5-1 hour before/after sometimes. Applicants must be highly self-sufficient and able to interface professionally and warmly with artists, resort staff, and guests. Must have experience putting on shows and be comfortable in a high-end resort environment. Looking for someone to start as soon as mid-May for a 1-month trial with strong chance of extending into an ongoing gig. Our rate for this gig is $150 per event, or $1200/ month.
