A local residential developer in Sonoma County is seeking full-time and part-time Maintenance Technicians to join our rapidly growing in-house property management team in Santa Rosa. With a growing portfolio of premier communities, we specialize in high quality, luxury living and forward-thinking. Qualified candidates encompass the following: • You can perform routine maintenance and repair including not but limited to: o Painting o Plumbing o Groundskeeping o Janitorial duties o Troubleshooting appliances • You can easily juggle multiple projects at once, exercising good judgement to effectively prioritize tasks. • You are a reliable and trustworthy individual who can self-manage and work in a team environment. • You possess professional grade communication abilities both on paper and in-person. • You are available to work weekends and respond to off-hour on-call emergencies. • Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Ability to lift and/or move items over 75 lbs. as needed, talk and hear, ability to access apartments on first, second and third floor levels, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb all day.
