Long time Established Family Owned and Operated Self Storage Facility seeks person with property management maintenance experience. * Seeking energetic, dependable, friendly individual with a maintenance and customer service background. * Organized and detail oriented, a team player with ability to work independently. * Benefits include: Paid Vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K. Benefits start after 90 day probation period. Days Needed: Thursday - Monday *Daytime hours: Monday - Saturday: 9am - 6pm Sunday: 11am - 5pm Flexible work schedule availability and dependability to work hours needed plus ability to fill in on Manager's vacation, extra days off as needed during normal business hours. Job Requirements: ► Maintenance experience in this or similar property management industry. light carpentry, electrical/plumbing ► General repairs and upkeep of the facility ► light cleaning of Office/ and storage spaces ► Should be able to lift 50 pounds ► We will also train you to be proficient in office policies and procedures which include: answering phone, taking payments, providing excellent customer service and dealing with customer questions or concerns. ► Starting at $20 per hour ► Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to pass background check required. ► Please attach Resume with your reply
