Facility Technician – Full time – This is an onsite position – 7.5 hours/day – 5 days’ work week

Position Overview
The Facility Technician will be responsible for assisting with operation troubleshooting, housekeeping, and repairs, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.
Essential Job Functions
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Manage kitchen appliances such as Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, Faucets
• Manager bathrooms including: Faucets, Shower diverter, Shower valve
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Replace outlets and switches
• Install light fixtures
• Wire washer/dryer, garbage disposal, stove
Required Skills and Experience
• Able to climb ladders, crawl, bend, reach, lift up to 50lbs
• Good communication skills, oral and written
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Successfully pass a background check including driving record check
• Time-management skills
• Be available for on-call hours after hours and on weekends as needed.
• Required to pass Safety Test(s) Hand Tool, Power Tool, Ladder Safety, First Aid
