Residential Helper needed for regular work 1-2 days a week midweek 7am-3pm to water, weed, fertilize plants, refill birdfeeders using ladder, blow yards, clean, organize, fix small home repairs, paint, and take occasional trips to dump. You read and speak solid English and enjoy working outdoors in an attractive area. You must be trustworthy, take pride in your work, and like people. Pay starts at $128 per day, with possible increases based on performance.
