Directions to ITAC: Our office can be hard to find, use the address: 1944 Canyon Road Birmingham, AL 35216. You should see and turn into a parking deck when you arrive. There is a Therapy South at the parking deck entrance and a Publix across the street from the parking deck. We are in the breezeway located near the Panera Bread, Taco Mama, Planet Fitness and Samurai Japan in the Vestavia City Center.
