We are looking for a Utility Crew member in the Salinas area, to take care of our client buildings and carry out tasks (window washing/power washing/waxing floors/carpet cleaning/etc.). The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Window cleaning, power washing, waxing floors, carpet cleaning. Must have Valid Driver's License. Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations This is a FULL TIME position. Mon-Fri (sometimes weekends). Janitor Cleaner (Monterey Peninsula) Duties include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Dusting furniture, pictures, and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties.
