Groundskeeper/Handyman needed to maintain large property. Role: Applicant needs to be a handy person who can handle cleaning up the property, able to fix things around the house, paint touch ups, etc. Positive, communicative and team-oriented personality needed. Employees daily/weekly/monthly/annual duties may include but are not limited to: caring for dogs on property, mild gardening such as leaf blowing, removing cobwebs, washing exterior windows, car washing, cleaning outdoor furniture, be the main-point person for the troubleshooting of the property, replace light fixtures and air filters, trips to hardware stores and animal feed stores, cleaning rain gutters, restraining front doors, etc. It would be the employees responsibility to update and alert the property owners of more in-depth repairs or projects needed on the property. We are looking for someone that can maintain positive communication and report to the owners, but also take their own initiative. Additional occasional travel will be required for a second property in the Reno, NV area. This is a 8 hour a day Monday-Friday job that may ask for overtime when needed on the weekends. All applicants must be able to pass drug screenings, a background check and have a clean driving record. Compensation is DOE + year end bonus.
