The Public Works Department utilizes SeeClickFix to engage feedback from residents with any public works issues they encounter throughout Town. Utilizing SeeClickFix allows the resident to provide an exact location, supporting pictures and details to help Town staff safely address the issue, and receive notifications about the reported issue throughout the process.
Public Works issues include:
Animal Issues (i.e. Dead animals on public ways) Berm Issues (i.e. Install loam, damaged by plow) Catch Basins & Drains (i.e. Overflowing catch basin) Liaison Services (i.e. Utility Poles, Trenches, Wires or other Town Departments) Parking Meter Issues Potholes Public Litter Sewer Manhole Covers Sidewalk & Curb Issues Signs Street Lights Traffic Signals Tree Issues Winter Weather Issues Water Bubblers Water Issues This press release was produced by the Town of Needham.
