We are a professional couple who work from home and live in Federal Way in a large home with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. We are seeking long term and trustworthy support with cleaning of the home. We are not interested in working with a middleman but wish to interview people who are wanting to work and can do the job well into the future. This could turn into a bigger jobs with lawn care, and house/animal sitting if we find the right person. The job is 5-6 hours every other week. We are paying $40 per hour. You can come by yourself or with a partner. Non-transferable. Non-smokers only. We provide all the supplies. Must have experience and references. The terms are non – negotiable…so please, no haggling. I am a former professional house cleaner and have been cleaning the home myself, so I know what it required. We will be very clear about the areas of the house to be addressesd by the cleaner so there is no confusion. The house is very big, but we only want support with 2/3rds of it and with basics such as bathrooms, kitchen, floors and dusting. We only want the 2 main floors of the house cleaned. Please let us know if you have interest. As an expereinced professional housecleaner, I can provide basic training/guidance if needed for the right person. No benefits...this is an independant contract.
