Do you enjoy working with kids? Passionate about nutrition or healthy living? Need volunteer hours? Join us for 4-H Teen Teachers! Do you enjoy working with kids? Are you passionate about nutrition and healthy living? Do you need to earn volunteer hours this summer? If so, come join us for 4-H Teen Teachers! You are registering for the required training being held on June 1st from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Once you complete the training, you will have the opportunity to sign up for volunteer dates throughout June and July. All teens entering 9th grade through 2022 high school graduates are eligible to participate. WHY SHOULD I DO THIS? Gain leadership skills and build your resumeEarn volunteer hours towards Bright FuturesProvide young children with fun and educational activities all summer longEarn opportunities to win prizes and attend state and national 4-H events for FREE! WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Teen Teachers will be part of the Tiny Market program and will facilitate lessons, games and activities for younger children. The program will take place on select dates throughout the summer. Teens will have the opportunity to sign up to help on days that work within their busy schedules.   If you are not currently enrolled in Brevard County 4-H, you will need to enroll.
