Milton Department of Public Works (DPW) will be conducting watermain flushing starting Wednesday, 4/20/22 throughout Town. Electronic signs have also been placed in the vicinity of where the work will be taking place.
Water main flushing improves the town's water quality and is an important part of the water distribution maintenance program.
You may encounter the following conditions during flushing: A temporary drop in water pressure to your residence or place of business Rusty ,brown or cloudy water (These conditions will subside after flushing is complete) Avoid doing laundry during flushing operations After flushing operation is complete:
