Join us for a delicious night of locally made craft beer + locally made artisan cheese! Join us at our taproom for an evening of artisan cheese from Ann Arbor-based Zingerman's Creamery alongside paired craft beers from Blue Skies Brewery-Auburn Hills. Zingerman's cheesemaker Sam Smith will be discussing the featured cheeses and how they're made, while BSB-Auburn managing partners Cort and Shannon Casey will discuss the featured beer pairings. The cost includes samples of four pre-selected Zingerman's cheeses and four "shorties" of pre-selected BSB beer. Additional beer, hard cider, hard seltzer and wine available for purchase during the event. A limited amount of the featured cheeses will be available for take-home purchase as well.
