STRATFORD, CT - A Stratford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On April 20, Mark Moran, of Stratford, purchased a KENO ticket from the 24/7 Express in Stratford and won $10,000.
