NORWALK, CT — Ten Norwalk runners competed in the 2022 Boston Marathon on Monday. Nearly 25,000 runners finished the marathon, including more than 350 from Connecticut.
Everett Hackett, 32, of Hartford was the top Connecticut runner at 50th place with an official time of 2:24:56. Laura Pierce, 40, of Woodbridge placed 127th among women and 2,251st overall with a time of 2:55:41.
Norwalk runner Chase Smith, 25, finished the race with an official time of 2:45:50, according to the Boston Athletic Association. Mike Martocci, 42, finished with an official time of 2:53:49.
Piotr Kostyk, 32, of Norwalk, finished with an official race time of 2:55:54. James Sandison, 57, finished with an official time of 3:08:09.
Javier Hernandez, 45, of Norwalk, finished with an official race time of 3:08:48. Reyes Moreno, 43, finished with an official time of 3:22:58.
David Wright, 51, of Norwalk, finished with an official race time of 3:23:18, and Vasilios Seitaridis, 22, finished with an official time of 3:25:30. Jonathan Nardelli, 46, finished with an official time of 4:01:08.
Alexander Hayes, 29, finished with an official race time of 4:51:01.
