NORWALK, CT — A city resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Wednesday, Christos Perisanidis won $10,000 playing a "KENO" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Springdale Diner in Stamford.
