Updating an unoccupied condo Mon April 11th. Work includes: Installing cement board/sheetrock on bathroom walls, taping and mudding sheetrock seams, interior painting, installing shoe moulding, some trim carpentry like ship lap, etc. Must be experienced and able to do quality work. Not looking for someone to learn on the job pls. (-: Materials provided and I have all tools needed. Location is in Mount Pleasant across from Towne Center. Up to $30/hr cash.
