Of it is outside, you have to be able to deal with the weather.
We would have you start out working Minimum 2-3 days a week, more days depending on your self motivation and work ethic (you are reliable and show you want to work). Pay starts at $16 hr. Minimum 8 hour days.Increase after 30 days or your actual work and Shown experience proves otherwise.
As mentioned you would start out as needed with some advanced notice.
