A private club located on Wrightsville Beach is looking to fill multiple seasonal Cleaning positions. Cleaning Staff perform a variety of work involving cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, meeting rooms and other general cleaning duties both indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. PRIMARY DUTIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the club area to include it's bathrooms, offices, meeting rooms, locker rooms, showers, decks and fixtures. Responsible for cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of facilities. Responsible for changing out trash can liners in our bathrooms, locker rooms and decks. Assist with set up/tear down of tables and chairs when needed. Assist in checking facilities for safety hazards and report any deficiencies. QUALIFICATIONS Semi-skilled in basic cleaning. High School diploma or GED equivalent (Required). Good speaking and writing skills. Must be able to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, possibly work from ladders. Use strength to lift and transport items needed to perform the functions of the job, with the ability to lift 50 pounds independently and support team lift with reasonable accommodations.
