Must have PA Construction License. Please do not reply if you do not have the credentials. I need help doing a rental inspection and need it done asap. I will pay as you go along but not before. I hired "Kinner Construction" and they ran away with my $ so I'm going to be very cautious and if you need to be paid up front...please do not contact me. Here is a list of what needs to be done: Hand rail on rear stairs requires pickets with no more than 4 inch spacing Bilco door to basement needs to be replaced Attach all downspouts and extend to the ground Refrigerator blocking door in kitchen to exterior of bldg. Flooring in bathroom around tub area must be intact and water tight All lights require covers Smoke detectors required on every level,every sleeping room and outside of sleeping areas Remove all garbage and mattresses from basement Basement floor must be smooth and free of obstructions Replace broken window in basement Dryer must be hard piped to exterior of bldg. Cover missing from main electrical panel Remove refrigerator from front porch area
