SILVER SPRING, MD — People eligible for a second COVID booster shot can now get one at Giant stores, the company announced this week. Folks over age 50 who received their COVID booster shot at least four months ago are now eligible for a second booster, according to the CDC. People eligible for the booster can walk in to get the shot or schedule an appointment online. Giant is asking that everyone bring their health insurance card, driver's license and vaccine card to their appointment.
