Infection rates are spiking again – positivity rates are on the rise again, nearing 5 percent. (CBS4)Mortgage costs in Denver are already up 21 percent this year. Even with rising interest rates, Denver's home sale prices continue to grow at record pace. (9News) Is a permanent daylight saving time even possible? The state senate has passed a bill that would allow permanent daylight saving time in Colorado, and the bill has been sent to Gov. Jared Polis for a signature. (FOX31) As the City Council talks about affordable housing mandates, will development review delays be addressed first? Denver is proposing a requirement on all residential developments to incorporate income-restricted units, but there's a dispute for grandfathering-in the projects already in the pipeline. The vote against the plan won't stop development at the site along Highway 36, but it ices what the developer considered to be a "superior" version.
