A-1 Hood Cleaning LLC We are a cleaning company that specializes in cleaning restaurant exhaust fan systems. And we are looking to hire a couple of employees. This is a night job, we usually start from 8 pm and finish around 11-12 am. The pay is by the unit, which means that I pay for each restaurant cleaned not hourly; an avg restaurant takes about 3 hours to clean. However, if the restaurant is big the pay would increase as well. I am looking hire two people that are able to drive and are willing to learn and work hard to earn an honest living. Again this is a night job, however I do have clients that want us to complete the job in the morning around 7 am to 11 am. Hours differ from day to day. Sometimes we start at 9 pm, and others we start at like 10 pm or even 12 am in some rare cases. Being on time is extremely important to us. We understand that some emergencies might happen and we can work around that, but being late repeatedly does not still well with us. You don't need any experience, as we will be training you for the first week. Salaries: Trainees will be paid $60/per job(restaurant) for the first week as we train you. After that if you decide to stay with us you will be moved to a Junior position starting at $75/per job, with further possible salary rises the longer you stay with us. We pay in checks once every week on Fridays.
