Just a few short miles from downtown Grants Pass is this beautiful facility with two acres of canopy. Growing top line genetics for the top retailers in the state, we are proud to produce some of the best Light Dep and Greenhouse flower out there. We are currently seeking on call day laborers for work in preparing fields and buildings for expansion of our cultivation site. We will also need extra help in transplanting cloning and other plant related tasks. We currently have a lot of projects to complete in the next 30 days. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history, great work ethic and an amazing attitude. TEMPORARY COULD WORK INTO FULL-TIME! We will also be hiring 2 new full time, year round permanent cultivation technicians. It is likely we will select these candidates from our temporary labor force. Cannabis farm experience not required, experience in fast paced production or manufacturing environments a plus. If you can learn a process you will be successful here. Permanent full-time employees have paid sick time, paid holidays and paid vacations. This is a YEAR ROUND POSITION! Must bet able to lift 40lbs, and be able to work outside in all sorts of weather conditions. This is a 40 per week position with some shifts beginning at 4am. You will need a Marijuana Workers Permit, if you don't have one, we can help you get one.
