We are looking to hire on an additional foreman for a fence crew at our Grants Pass location. This is a full time position that comes with many benefits and room to grow in the company. Job description: Lead crews in building of various fence styles for our customer base. This will include digging and setting post, job layout, building and framing of fences, some trenching, use of power and hand tools, and operating some heavy equipment Benefits: -Full time -Health insurance -401(k), with company matching up to 5% -Profit sharing -Paid time off/vacation -40+ hours a week -Starting pay $20+ an hour, depending on experience and knowledge Requirements: -Have a valid ODL -Pass background check and drug test -Construction background (fencing background preferred, but not required) -Have reliable transportation If you are interested in joining our team, feel free to email a resume or drop by our Grants Pass store and drop off in person.
