Vineyard Host will work with the Tasting Room Associates as a vibrant part of our team. Working both indoors and in the outdoor tasting room. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers welcoming them to our Vineyard and winery. You Will be an ambassador of the Averill House Vineyard (AHV) brand and embody the customer service ideals of Averill House Vineyard. At AHV we celebrate the Great State of New Hampshire and the Historic Ice District of Brookline. We cherish watching the Robins build a nest, Shed Bunnies eating clovers and Lilacs in the spring. Everyday is a new experience to share with our patrons and each other. Join us and be part of a multi generational Winery and Vineyard with over Eleven varieties of grapes and fruit growing on property. Duties and responsibilities: Welcome all Averill House Vineyard guests and provide exceptional customer service. Handle purchases using POS system and provide retail‐related guidance to customers Help with special Vineyard and Winery events as needed Conduct numerous other duties associated with a fast‐paced retail environment Exciting Information
