High School Journalists On Their Way To IHSA State Tournament

PLAINFIELD, IL — Twenty high school journalists from Plainfield School District 202 will head down to Normal, Illinois, to partake in the Illinois High School Association state tournament Friday. All four District 202 high schools participated in the sectional competition held virtually April 9, where Plainfield East and Plainfield South high schools placed second and third overall, respectively. The following students participated in the sectional event, and the names marked with an asterisk will take part in the state championship.
