According to court records, Blue Springs police responded April 18, 2022, to the area of Highway 7 and U.S. 40 highway on a reported traffic accident. An officer observed a Chevrolet Cobat with a flattened tire driving on the wheel, creating a danger. He pursued the vehicle at high speeds until police stopped them.
