Green Home Management (apartment community) is looking for certified AC technicians to join our team! Qualifications: Must have 3-5 years minimum experience. Must be able to diagnose service issues including issues with refrigerant, low voltage, high voltage, airflow, and efficiency. Applicant should have experience installing coils, compressors, motors, etc. Will be completing service-related repairs and diagnostics. Will also be running maintenance calls throughout the day including cleaning coils, clearing drain lines, testing voltage, amperage, and making suggestions to improve a customer's system, efficiency, and comfort. Duties: Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services. Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses. Performing preventative maintenance by cleaning coils, air handling units, and condensers, and monitoring and calibrating systems. Improving air quality Quoting repairs, replacing and adjustments of vents, and ductwork. Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and draining properly. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions. Maintaining service truck and truck stock. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Health and Safety Act.
