We are operating a medium sized conference on the campus of GWU this weekend and have some extra tasks that require us to hire a few extra hands to handle them.
On Friday (today 4/22) the timing is 5:30 p.m. arrival at a restaurant near 17th and G Street NW in Foggy Bottom, where we need help checking people into a party. That shift will run as late as 9:30 p.m., so 4 hours straight through.
The next day on Saturday, we have conference all day long at the Smith Center Basketball Arena. We need help checking people in at the front door for that, handing out name badges, troubleshooting, and then helping hand out water when we take breaks. We will also be selling our extra tshirts and then a little later on, drink tickets, and then finally it's done at 5:30 p.m. So your hours will be 8 to 6 on Saturday
So in total it's 4 hours Friday and 10 hours on Saturday.
We are looking for two people total, but not two people that know each other - we can't have a situation where neither one of them shows up.
