Description
20 years of owning a Newborn Care Agency has taught me how to match the right Newborn Care Provider with the individual personalities of families. I work with my families and care providers and to this day,
I
still provide my individual service of Newborn Care for a few families.
Remaining active in the field with my staff keeps me aware of our
changing world, today COVID-19 has added pressure on my families,
requiring us to adapt our services, schedules and to provide an even
a higher level of protection for all in the household and beyond.
I have two steps in matching a family with a Newborn Care provider,
please do not be confused by the many terms associated with the term
Newborn Care, I provide Nannies, Doulas, Night Nurses, Educators due to
the unknown schedule related to schools.
The first and most important step is for you to fill out this form in detail, saving both of us time and allows me the opportunity to start to get to know you. Think of this as an evaluation of your individual needs.
My staff meets certain criteria with unique skills, knowledge, must pass a background check with three aliases, an RMV check, and three personal and professional references before parents meet the caregiver.
Expecting parents have many questions and in particular, those that are going through this life experience for the first time. We are there to help you all the way.
