LAKE FOREST, CA — Walmart stores across California will host a Walmart Wellness Day on Saturday and will provide free health screenings and low-cost vaccinations. The Walmart Supercenter in Foothill Ranch will host the event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free health screenings include glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, body mass index and vision checks, a Walmart spokesperson said. Immunizations include pneumonia, tetanus, HPV, MMR, chickenpox and whooping cough. No-cost COVID-19 vaccinations will be offered as well, the Walmart spokesperson said.
