The job is pretty simple and I will train you for it. You drive the van to the venue. Unload the gear. Set up the lights, PA, the monitors, and the lead guitar rig. Then you take a dinner break. When you return, your job is to sit near the stage, drink beer, hit own women, and hand me a guitar if a break a string. That is the basis of it. However, I will train you as deep as you want to go. I will teach you to be a professional guitar tech, restringing guitars, retubing amplifiers, conducting basic electronic repair. I will teach you how to mic up a stage, bring up a main mix and monitor mixes, use EQ, compressors, cross-overs, etc. If need be, we will supply the van, but if you have one, that is a major bonus and more pay.
