DENMARK TOWNSHIP, MN — The Washington County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a man's body was found in the Mississippi River in Denmark Township Wednesday evening. Just after 5 pm, a BNSF Railway employee reported a body seen along the shore near 120th Street South. Washington County deputies and the water recovery team responded and found the body just north of Lock and Dam No. 2. The identity of the body and other information will be released once the man's family is notified, authorities said.
